Rules for In-Person Appts
I'm so excited to visit NYC in March! But before we can meet, know the rules! Avoid throwing a tantrum that turns into a viral TikTok.
WHEN AND WHERE: In Person Appts are happening from March 11 to March 14 at my same old coworking space at 39th and Broadway
DEPOSIT RULES: Due the the high cost of me coming to NYC to see you, I simply can't afford to have any open appointments due to late cancels. So I am requiring a $50 deposit to secure your appointment time. Zelle to [email protected] or pay by E-check or credit/debit card through CPACharge at this link. Reference is Taxpayer Name. Note: I am no longer accepting payments through Venmo or Paypal, so please do not send payment that way, it will be returned. Thank you! If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, your appt will be canceled. Here's how it will work:
If you don't cancel or reschedule: The $50 deposit goes towards your tax prep fee.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 4 day's (96 hours) notice: The $50 deposit goes towards your tax prep fee, and you will not need to pay a new deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 4 day's (96 hours) notice: You will need to email me directly at [email protected]. Your $50 deposit will only go towards your tax prep fee if your appt slot gets filled. If no one else takes the slot, you forfeit the $50. You will need to pay a new deposit for any new in-person appt.
There will be NO refunds issued, only credit towards tax prep.
COVID RULES: We will be going with whatever the CDC is recommending at the time. If we are at Medium or High risk in any of the surrounding counties, masks will be required. If we are at Low, go nuts!
Masks: If we are at Med/High risk warnings from the CDC, clients (and I!) are required to properly wear an N95/KN95/KN94 or a very well fitting cloth/surgical mask combo at all times during the appt. If you come without an acceptable mask, you will need to either buy one from me at gouge-level prices or cancel your appt and forfeit your deposit. There will be no eating or drinking during the appt, if you really need a quick drink you can step out for a sec to take care of that.
These rules are very important to me to protect my health. If you do not wish to or are unable to follow these rules, I totally understand, you can set up an online appt or do an email return with me and we can still work together in happiness and harmony!
