How to Schedule with Jennifer:

You can schedule your own appointment without needing to email with me!  Appointments can be scheduled up to 21 days in advance.  The system should detect your Time Zone automatically, but please double-check the Time Zone on your confirmation email!  You can cancel or reschedule with up to 18 hours notice through the initial confirmation email.  Please be respectful of my time and that of your fellow tax clients and try to reschedule or cancel as far in advance as possible if you need to.  There is no need to email me about any cancellations at least 18 hours in advance, I will get an email from my system, don't worry!

Please check out the How It Works and Forms sections on the website before your appointment!  There are lists of things to prepare and links to spreadsheets!

COVID-19 Changes: All appts are currently online. You can also get your taxes done without an appt through email, email jentaxprep@gmail.com for that option. Check out the How It Works pages for details, but whatever we need to do, we will make it work, let me know if you have concerns!  You can always upload pics of things, mail things to me, talk on the phone, whatever you can manage!
I will not be coming to NYC this year.  I'm sorry if this disappoints, I really wrestled with the decision, but it came down to the fact that the CDC is still strongly discouraging travel, and it's just too big of a financial risk to me if I get sick during tax season or test positive and get stuck quarantining in NYC.
I will do everything I can to accommodate anyone who still wants to use me for tax prep; if it's the technology that has people concerned you can snail mail me your stuff and then we can talk on the phone, no computer required! Email me to discuss options!

THE FILING DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MAY 17!  All states have followed EXCEPT Hawaii, which has extended to April 20.  If you can't get an appt before Apr 20 and have HI income, email me to get an extension.
